Agenda for the next meeting

Mawgan Parish Council

The Government has introduced a measure stopping all gatherings of more than two people in public with effect from March 23, 2020

The Council has delegated authority to the Clerk in consultation with the Chairman
to take any actions necessary with associated expenditure to protect the interests
of the community and ensure council business continuity during the period of the
pandemic Coronavirus, informed by consultation with the members of the council.

Mawgan Parish Council will therefore not meet until further notice.

Stay Safe … Stay Well

Parish Council Meetings (starting at 7.30pm)

All members of the public are very welcome and indeed encouraged to attend our meetings and to speak to the Council about any matter to do with the parish … but only during Public Questions (usually item 3 on the agenda) and, once you have said what you have to say,  you will not be permitted to join in any discussion. Please be aware that the law allows for parish council meetings to be recorded and broadcast.
